Return Process

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and attach the prepaid shipping label provided via our portal.

  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup to send your items back to our warehouse.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or ship your new exchange items within 5-7 business days.
